NORTH DISTRICT AWARDED RECERTIFICATION FOR IMS

The Integrated Management System (IMS) in North District which was subject to surveillance audit by Quality Assessors Middle East (QAM) auditors achieved recertification.

The report by Public Relations Office of the National Iranian Oil Pipelines and Telecommunication Company, North District, quotes Shirafkan Ghorbani , the operation deputy in the District and management representative for integrated management system, as saying: in order to identify and address possible nonconformities in the system prior to third party audit, the experts of Quality Assurance Office conducted an internal audit and eliminated the nonconformities .

"Through this audit, Quality Management System (ISO 9001) , Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series Management (OHSAS 18001) certificates were audited and accredited with the least conformity", he added.

Ghorbani further pointed out: in this surveillance audit different Units including Instrumentation, Electrical Repair, Training, HSE, Sari Pump Station and Installation , Quality Assurance, Technical Inspection ,and Public Relation of the District were audited
